Meeting of the group with guide in Izmail.
 Start of the excursion program "Former glory of the fortress of Izmail" with visiting  of natural-historical memory park "Fortress": Monastery Gate or Monastery - one of the city's brightest sights, historical  and architectural value. The arch has been preserved in its original form. The oldest building in  the park territory - Small mosque of the 16th century - the only building left from the Turkish fortress, in which the Diorama is located -  an example of Muslim architecture with a visiting it . Here we gonna  have a fascinating excursion, where we will learn the origin of the name "Izmail”, history and many other interesting facts connected with the grandiose events of the wartime.

Next, we will have a bus and walking excursion with a tour of the main monuments of Izmail.
Sergey Alexeyevich Tuchkov, founder of the city, significant figure and multifaceted personality, Lieutenant General of the Russian Army, military writer, poet and senator. He was a gifted man, a  talented military leader and administrator. Monument to Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov, who in 1790 led the capture of the Turkish fortress "Ismail", installed in the center of the city.
Visiting to the Pokrovsky Cathedral of the Holy Mother of God. The Cathedral been built for parishioners' money and merchants' donations.  Count Mikhail Vorontsov, Russian emperors Alexander I and Nicholas I personally participated in the financing of the construction. The Pokrovsky Cathedral was erected on the site of the old St. Nicholas Church. The bells been  casted from melted Turkish guns - weighing 700 pounds.


We leave for Bolgrad - the small capital of the Bulgarian diaspora. Sightseeing tour: Pushkinsky park; Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral - the temple of the Odessa eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church; Memorial to the Bulgarian Volunteers and all participants of the Russian - Turkish Liberation War of 1877-1878; 

Cheese factory "Schedra Okolytsia" meets us, where  people producing  cheese according to traditional and proprietary technologies. For the production of cheese they are  using only natural cow's, sheep's and goat's milk from local farms. Local milk and cheeses made from it have a unique flavor range. Clean air and herbs of the Budzhak steppe have a positive effect on the taste of local milk. Remoteness from industrial factories and using only natural milk allow to produce a 100% natural product. These cheeses has a pronounced taste of mature cheeses which does not concede to the European analogue .

We will finish our program with a chic colorful lunch in a national restaurant. Cold snacks, hot dishes of the Gagauz’s cuisine in addition to Bessarabian wine will not leave anyone indifferent.
