1st Day:

The beginning of the program "By the former glory of the fortress of Izmail" . A visit to the natural historical park of memory "Fortress". The monastery gates are one of the most striking city sights, memorial monument to the Heroes "Eagle", St. Nicholas Monastery, The Small Mosque of the 16th century is the only building preserved from the Turkish fortress, example of muslim architecture, where the "Diorama" is located. Here we will have a fascinating excursion, where we will learn the origin of the name "Izmail", history and many other interesting facts connected with the grandiose events of the wartime.

Next, we will have a bus and walking excursion with a tour of the main monuments of Izmail.

Day 2: Breakfast.

Departure. Visiting the winery "Tashbunar". Here for a century they have been growing vineyards and producing real Bessarabian wine according to all traditions. Delicious wine "Chardonnay", "Cabarnet", "Sauvignon", "Pinot Noir", "Merlot", "Riesling". We will be presented for tasting 6 positions of wine in addition to bessarabian appetizers. Moving to the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky - "White City on the Dniester", the oldest city in Ukraine. Here we will see the ruins of the ancient city of Thira, which has experienced periods of ups and downs. Now, these are the remains of a round tower of the 5th century BC, city walls, as well as quarters of the 4th century BC. The rest has not been preserved, or has not been excavated, since the acropolis Thira is located exactly under the fortress walls, and the port part is flooded with the waters of the firth.

After seeing the Greek ruins, we will go to the main attraction of the city - fortress. It is the largest area that has survived in Ukraine, and the only example of Genoese, Moldovan and Turkish architecture in the country at the same time.
The fortress is surrounded on three sides by a deep moat cut into the rock, and on the fourth side it is washed by the waters of the firth. Behind walls during military operations the entire population of the city took refuge, regardless of social status. In despite of numerous historical events, repairs and reconstructions, it has retained its original appearance.

Next, we will have an exciting excursion to the cheese factory.

A modern European-style cheese factory in combination with the latest and authentic equipment from Holland, with original Dutch technologies. During the tour, we will learn about the features of the farm, the conditions for keeping cows, feeding technologies, the milking process and etc. We will observe the process of cheese making and ripening chambers. We will get to know the subtleties of cheese making and cooking technology.

On the territory there is a cafe, a playground, recreation areas and a mini-farm with animals where you can feed and pet them, learn about the features of milk production. After the tour, you have the opportunity to purchase your favorite natural cheese and souvenirs in the company store.
