Budzhak is a historical region in the south of Bessarabia, occupying the southern part of the Danube and the Dniester, which is washed by the Black Sea in the east. One of the most peculiar regions of modern Ukraine. A rich palette of ethnic groups lives here: Moldovans, Gagauz, Albanians, Lipovans, Bulgarians, Ukrainians. Fertile lands and hardworking people created a colorful picture.
Day 1: Arrival in Izmail. Meeting of the group by the guide.
Departure by bus to the city of  Bolgrad - the capital of the Bessarabian people.
We are met by the «Vinhol Oksamitnoe» winery. The fertile soils and stable climate of the southern part of the Odessa region are ideal for growing vines that can produce amazing wine. Careful care of the plantations, the close location of the grape processing plant to the vineyards,  classical technology for the production of wine materials, presence of significant production capacities - all this allows us to speak about the guaranteed origin of wine materials.
Winery tour and tasting.
Cheese factory "Schedra Okolytsia" meets us, where people producing  cheese according to all traditional and proprietary technologies. For the production of cheese they are using only natural cow's, sheep's and goat's milk from the local farms. Local milk and cheeses made from it have a unique flavor range. Clean air and herbs of the Budzhak steppe have a positive effect on the taste of local milk. Remoteness from industrial factories and using only natural milk allow to produce a 100% natural product. These cheeses has a pronounced taste of mature cheeses which does not concede to the European analogue .
Cheese tasting with a glass of Bessarabian wine. Optionally, a fascinating master class in the production of cheese.
Bathing in a vat with a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and Lake Yalpug awaits us. A pleasant atmosphere, hot water from the vat, cold water from the pool, Bessarabian wine and a feast of national Bulgarian cuisine will not leave anyone indifferent.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2. Breakfast. We will start our walking and bus excursion program with a walk along the embankment, on the territory of which there is a natural and historical park of memory "Fortress": a memorial-monument "Eagle", St. Nicholas Monastery, a mosque of the 16th century - the only building that has survived from the Turkish fortress. Visit to the Diorama “Storming the fortress of Izmail”. 
Then we will visit the main monuments of Izmail. Sergei Alexeyevich Tuchkov, the founder of Izmail, is a significant figure and a multifaceted personality. He is a lieutenant general of the Russian army, and a military writer, and a poet, and a senator ... And he was also a gifted person, a talented military leader and administrator.
The monument to Alexander Vasilievich Suvorov, who led the capture of the Turkish fortress Izmail in 1790, was erected in the center of the city.
Visit to the Cathedral of Pokrova of  Holy Mother of God.
We are going to eco-farm "Ravliki". The snail farm is located on the shore of the lake in the ecologically clean region of Izmail region. Snail dishes are exquisite and are found only in very expensive restaurants in Ukraine. Snails are grown here according to all European technologies. Snail tasting, where you can taste Bessarabian snails, Burgundian snails, where the owner of the eco-farm cooks them with love.
Next, we will have an unforgettable recreation time on the banks of the Danube River.
Departure to the island  of "Tataru" - a regional landscape park, where nature has been preserved in its virgin form.

Delicious lunch with traditional Bessarabian cuisine, which our region has long been famous for - the famous Bessarabian fresh-soup made from different types of fish. We will add a glass of excellent Bessarabian wine to the fresh-soup
