TOUR PROGRAM:

Day 1:
09:30 - group gathering at railway station Odessa.
Boarding the bus.
10:00 a.m.- departure to Belgorod-Dnestrovsky.
In the center of modern Belgorod we will see the ruins of the ancient city of Thira, which has gone through periods of ups and downs. Now, these are the remains of a round tower (5th century BC) of the city walls, as well as quarters of the 4th century BC. After seeing the Greek ruins, we go to the main attraction of the city - the fortress "Akkerman". The largest in terms of area preserved in Ukraine. The fortress is surrounded on three sides by a deep moat cut into the rock, and on the fourth side it is washed by the waters of the firth. Despite numerous historical events, repairs and reconstructions, it has retained its original appearance.We will learn about this and many other things during the tour, and then we will have the opportunity to walk and explore the fortress on our own.
Then, we are going to Shabo - this is a famous resort and medical area. Here, the endless expanse of the Black Sea and the waters of the Dniester Estuary harmoniously coexist.The steppe air and mild sea climate of the south of Ukraine is a real elixir of health. The Shabo region has an ancient history of winemaking.The famous Shabo settlement was founded about 200 years ago by French-Swiss settlers. Since those ancient times, Shabo has been the pearl of Ukrainian winemaking.

During the tour we will visit:
• The ancient Royal cellar, which is over 200 years old;
• The ancient Sherry cellar, where dry sherry “mature” in oak barrels;
• Majestic Cognac Yard;
• Unique Champagne house;
• Fountain of Dionysus - a symbol of Shabo.
After the tour, we will have a tasting.During the tasting, we will fully enjoy the high quality of Shabo products. After the end of the tasting, we will have the opportunity to purchase products of TM "Shabo" at the prices of the manufacturer's factory in the company store. Free time.

Optionally, you can visit the restaurant "Shabsky yard" or "European cheese factory" with a tasting-buffet (additional payment - 170 UAH. adult / 120 UAH / child)

Day 2
Breakfast.
Today we are waiting for the cruise "Under the whisper of the Danube waves".
The Danube is the only river in Europe, the measurement of which is carried out in the opposite direction: not downstream, but against it. A sign "0 km" was put on the island, indicating the place where the Danube flows into the Black Sea - Kilometer Zero.They say that if you climb through the sign "0 km", then all sins and bad deeds will be reset to zero. We will definitely visit that place and take a group photo.

During the cruise, we will enjoy the chic landscapes, pleasant atmosphere, observe the flora and fauna. Tasting of the most delicious, fragrant, Bessarabian wines of TM "Tashbunar". We will be presented with 6 wine positions, varieties "Cabarnet", "Sauvignon", "Pinot Noir", "Riesling", "Merlot", "Chardonnay".

Sailing to Vilkovo - For lovers of a serene relaxing holiday in this green town, the color of which is largely determined by the proximity of the Danube River, there is a pine forest, lakes, and the Black Sea is very close. All nature lives in boundary peace between sea and river, between floods and low water.The huge Danube delta, the age of which is more than 5 million years old, and the Kiliya delta began to form about 300 years ago. And involuntarily you will think what kind of forces of nature managed to create this amazing land of new islands, kuts, spits, backwaters, huge accumulation of birds and rare plant species.

We will get acquainted with the old part of the city, majestic Orthodox and Old Believer churches.The peculiarity of the city is that part of it is located on the water. Instead of streets, there are canals along which people travel mainly on original Ukrainian "gondolas" and motor boats. The channels are called eriks. Simple wooden bridges are thrown over the eriks.

Further on the program - a picnic at the Green Parking lot with fisherman's Danube fish soup cooked on a wood fire, the famous local wine "Novak", herbal tea on herbs from an old wood-burning samovar.

Departure by bus to Izmail. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 3:
Breakfast.
Start of the excursion program. Izmail is the largest port on the Danube, belonging to Ukraine. Cruise liners stop here, many popular excursion routes along the Danube and European countries begin and end here. Izmail has a deep historical past, and every year the influx of tourists who want to know the history of emergence and formation of the city is increasing.

We start our excursion program with a walk along the embankment, on the territory of which there is a natural and historical park of memory "Fortress": a memorial-monument "Eagle", St. Nicholas Monastery, a mosque of the 16th century - the only building that has survived from the Turkish fortress. Visit to the Diorama "Storming of the fortress of Izmail". Here we will be given a fascinating tour and will be told about the most interesting facts related to the storming of the fortress and the history of our city.

Next, we will have a bus and walking excursion with a tour of the main monuments of Izmail.

We get on the bus and go to the small capital of the Bulgarian diaspora - the city of Bolgrad. Sightseeing tour of the city: Preobrashensky Cathedral - one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the south of Ukraine, which was founded on donations from the inhabitants of the city, Monument to Inzov, Monument to soldiers-militias. Walking to Lake Yalpug through the city’s ancient park named after. A.S. Pushkin. Yalpug is the largest freshwater lake in Ukraine and the largest among the Danube estuaries.

Historical and Ethnographic Museum awaits us, which contains the richest materials on the history of the cultures of the Bulgarian, Gagauz and Albanian cultures. Two of the last national minorities live only on the territory of the Odessa region.

A visit to a small, family cheese factory "Scherda Okolytsia", where different types of cheese are made according to original recipes.
Cheeses contain only natural ingredients - cow's, goat's, sheep's milk. They also produce cheese from sheep's milk, and semi-hard cheeses from cow's and goat's milk.
